  • Autonomously managing selected mandates and leading the transaction team
  • Continuous interaction with our clients and transaction partners to ensure smooth project execution
  • Independently organizing and conducting various due diligence processes
  • Participating in negotiations and marketing activities
  • Training, leading, and managing associates and analysts
  • Supporting the development and continuous maintenance of client relationships
  • Taking responsible ownership of company-specific projects
  • Above-average degree in business administration or related fields with a focus on Corporate Finance, Accounting, and/or Financing
  • Solid professional experience in Corporate Finance/M&A at an M&A boutique, investment bank, corporate finance advisory firm, or auditing firm
  • Demonstrable success and several years of experience in independently acquiring and handling M&A sale mandates.
  • Positive sales-oriented mindset
  • Deep knowledge in Financial Modeling, Financial Analysis, Accounting, and Business Planning
  • Resilient and communicative personality with entrepreneurial thinking and a courteous demeanor
  • Dedication, exceptional analytical abilities, proactive initiative, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for collaborative and challenging teamwork
  • Very good German and English language skills (spoken and written) as well as proficient in all MS Office applications
